1- I only have these 3 pages.
2- Amounts are approximate: Blend contents of 1 reg size bottle catsup, 1 can pineapple in juice, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 Tbsp vinegar, 2 cloves garlic. Place chicken skin side up in pan and baste. (First put it on the pan.) Bake 20 min. Turn over chicken, baste, (Squirt the sauce on the chicken.) Bake 20 min. (Take it out.) Turn over chicken again, baste, Bake 20 min. Keep skin side up, and baste and bake another few times, (Put it in the oven for a long time) till browning and done. (Put it on the fleishig counter. Close the oven.) Yum! Thanks Faigy!

Ummmm -- how about your culinary skills Mendy? Did you not notice that there are 3 recipes in the picture? Or do you still make lasagna with "cottage cheese and real cheese?" And do you "do it over and over till it gets to the top of the noodles?"

I was trying to figure out who did the lasagna one. I assumed he was the next in line, so it had to be him.
Ma, that's alot of sauce! Does it last in the fridge or do I need to cut the recipe in 1/4s?
