While browsing for something yummy and SB for dinner, I accidentally came across this recipe for Raspberry & Caramel Nirvana. It would be amazing for Shavuos, and is not only yummy, but EASY (did you hear that?) Non-dieters can enjoy it now! Tell me how it tastes? :-)

i'm back on a diet have to lose at least 20 b/4 yoey b-day which is in 10 weeks.
firstly - non dieters son't usually seek out ways to gain 20 lbs!!!!! (I've got 20 to spare if anyone wants!)
Lipszyc fam (Mendy / shternie?) it's good to lose wt but hey - remember it's an upshern - no wedding gowns involved :-)!
how u doing it though - i need to lose 20 too - think i can do it by yt's b-day?!
it's EASY! Do SB! And yeah, Faigy, we know u looked pregnant after it. Did u maybe exercise? Do u look less pregnant on different diets? (Sorry, don't take it to heart, but SBD is the greatest!)
it's a known thing that each diet is dif for each person. And what works on one doesn't necc. work on another.
sorry - SB ain't 4 me - maybe the initials don't stand well with me - as in shmully boteUGH! but I need to be able to eat normal food!
Chanie: it IS normal food! and lots of it! and no measuring. just not food that is bad, like potatoes, and white macaroni -- at least in the beginning. no sugar, but lots of tasty foods. there's tons of things u can eat, even olive oil, mayo, and dark chocolate! u can lose your weight in the time u want, and then if u don't like the diet, go off it, but be careful how u eat. when u see u'r gaining, watch urself for a few days. my inspiration for dieting was an extremely overweight woman i knew -- i saw her picture as a girl, and she was really thin. she put it on after each kid.
