after a unique morning in court - our baby's name is now legally SHMAYA! here's what the doc says:

McDermott, Register of Probate for said County of Norfolk, hereby certify, that at a Probate Court hearing held at Canton, MA, in and for said County, on the 10th day of August in the year Two Thousand and NINE, on application, and after due public notice thereof, and for sufficient reason consistent with the public interest, and satisfactory to said Court, the name of
YINGEL KRINSKY
of NEEDHAM in said county, was changed to:
SHMAYA KRINSKY
which name he should thereafter bear as his legal name....
