For those that don't like wasabi - don't worry. It's not strong!
6 skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2tbls rice vinegar
2tbls sesame oil
1tbls brown sugar
2tbls wasabi powder
Saute sesame seeds in skillet, set aside.
Mix together rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar and wasabi powder for the marinade.
Put chicken in ziplock bag w/ marinade for 1/2 hour then in skillet saute chicken with the sauce.
I did it a bit dif. I forgot to saute the sesame seeds. So when I was ready to fry the shnitzel, I heated up the oil, and then poured the sesame seeds into the pot, and then put the chicken ontop of it.
