Doing Good Deeds

I came across this Jon Burg's blog while looking at the mitzvos people are taking on. Look at his post on http://jburg.typepad.com/future/page/2/ "an undiscovered treasure - respect." It's about a store in Midwood that "sells" clothing for free! If you know people who can use this resource, please tell them.

*******

While speaking about the mitzvos people are taking on, (I was going to make a separate post, but may as well do it here,) I hope everyone is taking on mitzvos l'ilui nishmas Rivka bas Yehudis and Gavriel Noach ben Freida Bluma Holtzberg H"YD.

I am asking that EVERY ONE of our children and grandchildren PLEASE think seriously about this and join the thousands (soon I"YH ten thousands) of people who are adding something to their lives in memory of the Holtzbergs.

May the good flowing as a result of this unbearable tragedy herald the coming of Moshiach b'korov mamash NOW!

PS: Chaim or someone -- please embed this widget on the website itself, not in this post. Thanks.

there are so many places that made a list of hachlatos. It's very hard ot keep up with them. Besides, if I do, I won't be able to keep it. Bec. It's sort of advertising to "come for your free donation"

OK Faigy -- we already spoke. The official place for hachlotos is the chabad.org (in this case chabadcrimea.org) site. I don't know what you mean by "sort of advertising to 'come for your free donation'?" I think most of the people who took on mitzvos didn't donate. One wrote he's giving $2...
But I'm sure PLENTY of money has been raised, and if it isn't enough, I would imagine the original sponsor would certainly pay.
